We want every irunik™ pair to feel intentional from the first step.
If an adjustment is needed, the following guidelines apply.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with the original box and packaging

The original shoe box must not be used as the shipping carton.

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.

We encourage careful review of the Size Guide prior to purchase to ensure the most precise fit.

Complimentary shipping and prepaid returns are provided on all U.S. orders within the core irunik™ collection.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be issued. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Exchanges are available at no additional cost, subject to availability.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Any duties or taxes incurred during the return process remain the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date the return is received.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
