Welcome to Irunik! We want you to love your sneakers, but we understand that sometimes things don't quite fit. Here's our updated return/exchange policies to ensure you have a smooth experience.

Merchandise Return Guidelines:

• Merchandise can be returned for a refund within 7 business days of the delivery date.
• Please provide proof of original tags and the receipt for smooth processing.
• A return shipping fee of $15 per item be charged for national orders.

Conditions for Returns/Exchange:

Merchandise must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with no alterations or damage.

The original shoe box should not be used as the shipping box.

Our Return Department carefully inspects each pair to ensure they meet our quality standards.

International Returns:

Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for International Returns.

Refund Process:

Once our Return Department approves the return, you will be refunded the cost of the shoes.

Refund Exceptions:

Items purchased with discount codes labeled as "Final Sale" (mentioned in emails, social media, or on the website) are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be subject to a processing fee of $15 per item. Please see our Conditions for Returns/Exchange above. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out! 

Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and the availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible for exchange.

Irunik's Rights:

Irunik reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that doesn't meet the specified requirements.
